Julien L. Pham, MD, MPH

Julien L. Pham, MD, MPH is a physician-entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across clinical medicine, company building, and capital allocation. He served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School, as clinical staff at Mass General Brigham - where he founded RHINNO Labs, one of the first hospital-based healthcare innovation labs in the country - and is currently Senior Advisor for Healthcare and Life Sciences at the Harvard iLab. He co-founded RubiconMD, a digital health eConsult platform (acquired for $190M in 2021), and served as President and COO of Genprex through its NASDAQ IPO in 2018. He holds an MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine and an MPH from the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. 3CC is the institutional expression of that trajectory.
